Name: olivia Email: [email protected] Subject: hi...would you please help me? Message: I would very much appreciate if some one could write in farsi this proverb: "Doubt is the key to knowledge" and "Everyone smiles in the same language"... Thanks a lot
Date: 22/7/2005 Name: javid Email: [email protected] Message: The European Space Agency's Mars Express has taken an new photograph of Nicholson Crater, located at the southern edge of Amazonis Planitia on Mars. This crater is 100 km (62 km) across and has a very large raised central mount. Large craters often have this kind of central peak, which forms when material rebounds after a meteor impact, but Nicholson Crater's peak is heavily eroded by wind and water. Date: 4/4/2005 Name: zahra Email: [email protected] Message: for the first one: pursan karda ba ka'ba raftan aasaan. it's eaisier to get farther if you question. Date: 25/3/2005 Name: Moshfeghi Email: Message: I don't think there is any equivalent for the first proverb in Farsi. quite contrary in Persian culture, doubt is not considered positive. Date: 2/2/2005 Name: Hatami Email: Message: For the first one I really couldn't think of anything, but for the second one Persians often say this: "har ja beri, asemun hamin range.". A literal translation in English would be "where ever you go, the sky is the same color." I hope it helps.
