inshallah is an arabic word and the first bit of it which is 'in' is an if clause and it means: if god's willing

When someone says "Inshallah", it means that it will be highly unlikely for an event to happen.

Well, kind of. It actually means "By the Will of God". This is intended to mean "hopefully", "i'm not sure" and "maybe". Some people actually do intended to say "By the Will of God" when they say Inshallah, but not most.
