It should be either "Behtarin" which means "the best" or "badtarin" which means "the worst". So depending on which one it is, it has two oppoiste meanings, Ok here is the translation of your Farsi Sentences: "why are you like this? You are the worst girl in the world." or "why are you like this? You are the best girl in the world."
