Please help me with this Farsi mystery

Hello I am hoping that someone will be able to help solve a mystery for us. We are a small group of citizens who spends our free time for none profit & no reward working to bring missing Orlando, FL woman Jennifer Kesse home to her family. During a search one of our members found a Missing person flyer of Jennifer with writing all over it. We were told it was Farsi. We sure would appreciate any help in translating what it says and verifying for a fact it is Farsi. Here is the link to were we have pictures of the flyer posted:

I checked it for you. It is in fact a simple doodling which is totally meaningless. It means “for sure they should go, religious people of all groups should go. Dear Ghasem if you read this, I am Ashraf balal, I love you. I was your friend in Germany and I am still your friend.” At the end there is a name. It says “Bahman the Turk”
