Terms and Conditions are specifically compiled
for Tima Advertisements and they are in addition
to our main
Terms & Conditions and should be read in
conjunction with them. On accessing Tima
Advertisements on this and each subsequent
occasion you will be deemed to have accepted all
of the terms and conditions which apply to its
use. We reserve the right to alter these terms
and conditions at any time and it is your
obligation to check if changes have been made.
Your use of TimaSearch.com after changes are
posted online will constitute acceptance of the
new terms and conditions.

You should not use Tima Advertisements and the
related services if you are not able to form
legally binding contracts, are under the age of
18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended
from TimaSearch.com.
2.
All advertisements on this directory (banners,
and text ads) must be legal, decent and truthful and must comply with
the Code of Advertising Practice in your own
country and region. In general, each application
for approval of advertising material will be
considered on its own merits but advertisements
will not be permitted which advertise or promote
the sale of alcohol or tobacco products; nor if
they contain political, ethnic, religious,
sectarian, sexual or controversial text; display
nude figures; or are likely to offend public
taste; depict men, women or children as sexual
objects; depict direct and immediate violence to
anyone shown in the advertisement or observing
it; advertise any racist group or organization
which intends to promote such a group or such
organisation and/or any of its activities.
Considering the above criteria, all
advertisements
will be accepted for publication, or not, at the
publisher's absolute discretion.
3.
Please notice any misleading advertisements
(making false claims about goods, services and
prices) are considered an offence for a trader
or business owner, and you as an advertiser may
be subject to legal persecution in your
country/region of residence in case you publish
a misleading advertisement.
4.You will indemnify us in respect of any claim
or loss we may incur as a result of any material
placed on the site for you. You will indemnify
and hold us (and our officers, directors,
agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and
employees), harmless from any claim or demand,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by
any third party due to or arising out of your
breach of this Agreement, or your violation of
any law or the rights of a third party.
5. TimaSearch.com as the publisher of
advertisements does not accept liability for any
loss or damage caused by any error or inaccuracy
in the publishing, or non-appearance or
delayed-appearance of any
advertisement, or editing and deletion of
objectionable wording or images or the rejection
of any advertisement.
6.
All material published on TimaSearch.com is
published in good faith but we accept no
responsibility for the accuracy of
advertisements published. Potential buyers
should make their own enquiries about the
seller’s right to sell and should they decide to
buy from any advertisement on the site, they do
so entirely at their own risk. Potential buyers
have no contractual relationship with us in
relation to the sale or purchase. Therefore they
are advised to check the advertisement details
and the terms of contract before entering into
any agreements with the seller/buyer.
7.
We will need to carry out routine maintenance
and servicing of our service and equipment from
time to time. While we seek to keep this
disruption to a minimum, we cannot guarantee
that the website will be continuously available
online.
