Anyway I would rather translate it as: "I am happy inside my heart, but I am buring all over my feet." It somehow reminds me of a poem by Hafez (famous Persian poet) which says: Dar biyaban gar be shoghe kabe khahi zad ghadam, sarzanesha gar konad khar-e moghilan gham makhor.
