Patient was 2 year old girl from Khorram abad city which presented with multiple lesions. B.C.G. vaccination was done at birth on left deltoid . Initial lesion was at site of B.C.G vaccination which appeared 1 month after vaccination . It was slow growing erythematous plaque with well defined margins with size of 4 , 5 cm which patient has had for 2 years . Other lesions with same findings were on left axillae about 3cm and behind the left ear.

بيمار يك دختر دو ساله اهل خرم آباد بود كه با چند زخم به بخش آورده شده بود. واكسن (ب س ژ) در هنگام تولد برماهيچه دلتوئيد چپ او مايه كوبي شده بود. زخم اوليه درمحل مايه كوبي ب س ژ يك ماه پس از انجام واكسيناسيون ظاهر شده بود كه به تدريج رشد كرده و به يك پلاك اريتوماتوس با حاشيه كاملا مشخص به ابعاد ٤ و ٥ سانتيمتر تبديل شده بود، پلاكي كه بيمار مدت ٢ سال به خود داشت. زخمهاي ديگري به ابعاد ٣ سانتيمتر با همان يافته ها بر اكسال چپ و پشت گوش چپ او وجود داشت.
